Terms and Conditions for the Online Competitions
The sweepstakes (hereinafter referred to as the "Sweepstakes") is conducted on the basis of these terms and conditions and the following data protection provisions.

All information related to this giveaway is provided exclusively by the organizer.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Participation is open to any natural person acting on their own behalf who is at least 18 years old. Participants who are at least 16 years old but not yet of legal age may only participate with the consent of their legal guardian(s).
2.2 Minors under the age of 16 and those legally incapacitated are excluded from participation.
2.3 Employees of [Company Name] are also excluded from participation in this giveaway. The organizer, employees of the companies involved in this giveaway, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2.4 The organizer reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation who violate these terms and conditions or who gain or attempt to gain an unfair advantage over other participants through improper influence or manipulation of the giveaway. 4. Participation

4.5 Participation in the competition is free of charge.
5. Determining the Winners, Prizes, and Prize Delivery
5.1 Immediately after the competition period ends, five winners will be randomly selected from all participants who meet the requirements specified in sections 4.1 to 4.3.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.2 For simple negligence, the organizer is liable only if essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) are breached, and only to the extent of the typical and foreseeable damage. Cardinal obligations are those obligations that the agreement, according to its purpose and intent, is specifically intended to grant to the contractual partner, or whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the agreement and on whose compliance the participant may regularly rely.
5.3 Liability for indirect and unforeseeable damages, lost profits, lost savings, and pecuniary losses due to third-party claims is excluded in cases of simple negligence.
6. Premature Termination, Adjustment, or Modification of the Sweepstakes
The organizer reserves the right to prematurely terminate, adjust, or modify the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons if the proper conduct of the sweepstakes cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons without such measures.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 There is no entitlement to participate in the sweepstakes. Legal recourse is excluded.
7.2 All legal relations between the parties are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which they have their habitual residence.
7.3 Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The designated controller is jointly responsible with Instagram (platform operator is Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) for data processing on the Instagram fan page where the prize draw is being held, in accordance with Article 26 GDPR.
8.1. Processing of your personal data in connection with the prize draw
We process your personal data for the proper execution and administration of the prize draw and, in particular, for sending the prize.
For the purpose of conducting the prize draw, the profile name and, if provided, the first and last name of each participant are collected and stored. To send the prize, we collect the winners' first and last names and addresses and forward this data to a shipping company we have commissioned. Your data will not be shared with any other third parties.
The legal basis for this processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract and fulfillment of a contract).
If we publish the winner's profile name separately on our profile or fan page, or disclose it externally, for example in our online shop, this will only occur with the winner's prior, explicit consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
